Saturday Yoga at the Mill
Start your weekend with us at the mill! This well rounded class is designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, and stability. Options to modify the level of challenge within each posture are offered throughout the practice, and the use of props is encouraged. Set at a mindful pace, this class offers the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of physical alignment and how the poses feel in your body, and challenges the mind to be more present in the moment.
Round off your morning by grabbing a cup of tea after class, and wandering the amazing shops at the Mill.
$16.00 or $65 for a 5 class pass

I received my yoga certification in 2015, and have been teaching steadily ever since. As an E-RYT 500, I completed over 1,000 additional certified hours of training in restorative, yin, yoga nidra, trauma informed yoga, and more.
The goal of my teaching is to not only lead a class that is accessible to people just as they are, but to also honor the many additional layers of yoga that are necessary to create a well rounded practice. I do my best to provide opportunities for people to move past the physical aspect of yoga to find a deeper level of understanding of this practice, and how it relates to them on their mat, and more importantly, when they walk out the door.
